Completely addicting (and healthy) young soy beans tossed in a savory spice mixture.

1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
1. In a large cooking pot, boil water.
2. Add the edamame and let it cook for 10-15 minutes.
3. For the spice mix: Mix the salt, curry powder, garlic powder and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
4. Drain the edamame water and place the cooked edamame in a bowl.
5. Sprinkle the spice mix and toss.
