Chili For An Exorcism

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), minced
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Soy crumbles 1 Pound
  Crushed tomatoes 1 Can (10 oz)
  Black beans 1 Can (10 oz)
  Kidney beans 1 Can (10 oz)
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Chop onion and mince garlic.
2. Chop up tomatoes.
3. Drain kidney beans and black beans.

MAKING
4. In a large pot pour olive oil and sauté onion and garlic. Stir until the onion becomes soft and transparent.
5. Add soy crumbles, soften up.
6. Add kidney beans and black beans to the pot. Mix well.
7. Add cumin, black pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, and chili powder. Simmer for 10 – 15 minutes.

SERVING
8. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
