Honeyed Soy Drink

Ingredients
  Soy powder 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Combine powder with small amount of water to make a smooth paste
2. Blend the paste into remaining water, stirring to remove lumps.
3. Let it stand 2 hours.

MAKING
4. Cook over a pan of simmering water for 20 minutes
3. Strain and flavor with honey and salt.
4. Keep refrigerated.

SERVING
5. Serve the drink cold.
