Soybean Croquettes

Ingredients
  Cooked soy beans 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole wheat bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated onion 1
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Soy flour 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix the milk with the soy flour, and mash the soybeans.
Mix all ingredients together and shape into croquettes.
Place on a greased baking dish and bake at 350°F. for 20 minutes.
Serve with tomato sauce.
