|Cooked soy beans||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Whole wheat bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy flour||2 Tablespoon|
Mix the milk with the soy flour, and mash the soybeans.
Mix all ingredients together and shape into croquettes.
Place on a greased baking dish and bake at 350Â°F. for 20 minutes.
Serve with tomato sauce.
