Spicy Soya Nuggets

Ingredients
  Soya nuggets 500 Gram
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Ginger 1 Inch, chopped
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm), crushed
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red chili powder 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Poppy seeds 1 Teaspoon (Khus Khus)
  Green cardamoms 2
  Green chilies 2 , chopped
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Curd 1 Cup (16 tbs), made from fat-free milk, whisked
  Cinnamon powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Clove powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Soak soya nuggets in cold water for about 1 hour till soft.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over moderate heat.
Add onion and saute till honey-coloured.
Stir in ginger, garlic, turmeric, coriander powder, chilli powder, cumin seeds, poppy seeds, cardamoms, green chillies and salt and saute for 2 minutes.
Drain soya nuggets, add to pan and stir till lightly browned.
Add water and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Mix in curd and cinnamon, clove and pepper powders and cook for 2 minutes longer.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rod.
