Soya Granule Upma

Ingredients
  Soya granules 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Nutrella Etc)
  Wheat bran/Semolina 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green chillies 2 , finely chopped
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Grated ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Curry stalk 1
  Coriander 1 Tablespoon, finley chopped
  Tomato slices 4
  Mustard seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Channa dal 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Urad dal 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Asafoetida 4 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Roast rava in a heavy pan, stirring continuously, till aroma exudes.
2. Empty it and keep aside.
3. Roast granules in same pan, stirring continuously, till warm.
4. Empty and keep aside.
5. Heat pan, add dals and stir for a few seconds.
6. Add seeds, allow spluttering.
7. Add ginger, chillies, curry leaves, chopped onion.
8. Stir till onion is tender.
9. Add rava and soya granules. Stir for a minute.
10. Add all other ingredients, except lemon juice, tomato and coriander.
11. Add 2 cups boiling water, stir to avoid lumps.
12. Use a long handled spoon, to avoid the splashing that may be caused.
13. Add more water if necessary, to cook the rava and granules.
14. Add lemon juice and coriander.
15. Mix well. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 minutes.
16. Garnish with tomato slices.
