Soy Chunks with Spinach
|Soya chunk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Spinach||2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped|
|Tomato||1 Medium, chopped|
|Cumin seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Garam masala powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chilly powder||To Taste|
Wash Soya Chunks & boil them with 2 cups of water for 10 minutes or until water evaporates. Keep aside.
Heat 2 tbs oil in a skillet. Add cumin seeds and onions and saute until onions turn slightly browned. Add a pinch of turmeric powder.
Add chopped spinach and tomato. Add garam masala powder, salt and chilly powder.
Stir in intervals, mash tomato with spatula and cook until spinach is thoroughly cooked (approx 5 minutes)
Add the soy chunks and mix well.
Serve Hot with Rotis/Chappathis.
