Soy Daikon Bits

Ingredients
  Daikon 1 1⁄2 Pound (Japanese White Radish)
  Soy sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated fresh ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Wash and peel daikon and cut into small bite-size pieces.
Blend remaining ingredients and pour over daikon.
Refrigerate overnight (will keep several,days) and serve chilled.
