Soy Daikon Bits

|Daikon||1 1⁄2 Pound (Japanese White Radish)|
|Soy sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Monosodium glutamate||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Grated fresh ginger||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Wash and peel daikon and cut into small bite-size pieces.
Blend remaining ingredients and pour over daikon.
Refrigerate overnight (will keep several,days) and serve chilled.
