|Olive oil||4 Ounce|
|Mozzarella cheese||12 Ounce|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
Heat oil in a large frying pan.
Trim the crusts from the bread, and cut the cheese into 4 pieces the approximate size of the bread slices.
Place each cheese slice between 2 pieces of bread.
Sprinkle with a little flour and dip into beaten egg.
Cook in hot oil until golden brown, turning once.
Drain on paper towels and serve.
