Ingredients
  Brazil nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), ground
  Whole wheat bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Celery stalk with leaves 2 , chopped
  Onions 2 , grated
  Soy grits 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), soaked in 0.5 cup stock
  Stock 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Soaking Grits)
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Rosemary 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Blend all ingredients.
Use in stuffing vegetables, fish or fowl.
