  Ground beef 1⁄2 Pound
  Ground pork 1⁄2 Pound
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 4 , peeled and diced
  Green onions 3 , diced
  Potatoes 3 Medium, diced
  Pimento 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), diced
  Toasted almonds 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Garlic 2 1⁄2 Clove (12.5 gm), minced
  Canned tomato paste 6 Ounce
  Jalapeno peppers 2 , chopped
  Seedless raisins 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon

Cover meats with water; add salt and pepper.
Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes; addallre maining ingredients.
Cook until potatoes are tender; drain off excess liquid.
Serve in chafing dish with corn chips.
