Seasonal Vegetable Frittata

Frittata is a seasonal vegetable. It can be paired with some greens and salads of your choice.
Ingredients
  Fresh vegetables 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Seasonal Vegetables)
  Chopped onion 1
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), minced
  Shredded cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 12
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Cheese 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Steam your vegetables.
Medium-high heat the skillet.
Add olive oil to the skillet.
Add vegetables, stir them well.
In a bowl combine eggs, whisk them.
Add a dash of milk, salt, and pepper.
Mix them well.
Lower heat to medium; add egg mixture to the skillet.
Stir them well, cook for 15 minutes.
Add cheese, stir well.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
