Fish Steak Brazilian
|Halibut steak/Fish steak of your choice||2 Pound|
|Instant coffee||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Melted margarine/Oil||4 Tablespoon|
|Onion salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Place fish steaks in shallow dish.
Dissolve instant coffee in lemon juice.
Add oil, salt, and onion salt to this.
Pour over fish to marinate it.
Let stand 30 minutes, turning once so both sides of steak absorb flavor.
Heat 4 tablespoons of marinade in skillet.
When hot but not bubbling, add fish steaks, cook for 5 to 7 minutes per side.
When both sides are cooked tender, add remaining marinade, simmer for 2 minutes more.
Garnish with parsley, serve.
