Green onion | 1 Bunch (100 gm) , chopped | |
Garlic cloves | 6 , mince | |
Red wine vinegar | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Lime juiced | 2 | |
Jalapeno | 2 , mince | |
Oregano sprig | 5 , mince | |
Red pepper | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , mince | |
Kosher salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
Black pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
Olive oil | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |
MAKING
1. In a food processor, add parsley, green onion, garlic clove, little red wine vinegar, lime juice, red pepper, jalapeno, oregano, and remaining vinegar. Pulse well.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Turn the blender on and stream in olive oil.
