Argentinian Carne Asada

Ingredients
  Beef short ribs 1 Pound
  Kosher salt 1 Tablespoon
  Ground pepper 1 Tablespoon
For the chimichurri sauce
  Parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), crush
  Pepper flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lime juice 2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
For the salad
  Lettuce head 1⁄4 Medium, slice
  Onion slices 1 Small
  Tomato 1 Medium, slice
  Salt and pepper 1 Pinch
  Olive oil 3 Drop
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Season the beef short ribs with kosher salt and ground pepper, set aside.
2. Prepare the grill using charcoal.

MAKING
3. In a glass jar combine parsley, garlic, pepper flakes, cumin, salt and black pepper.
4. Add lime juice and olive oil, mix and allow it to rest for 2 hours.
5. In a bowl combine lettuce, onion, tomatoes and capers.
6. Sprinkle salt and pepper and pour olive oil and lemon juice.
7. Mix everything together.
8. Place the ribs on the grill and cook it for 20 minutes, flip occasionally.
9. In a serving plate place the ribs and drizzle chimichurri sauce on top.

SERVING
10. Serve with fresh salad on the side.
