1. In a large bowl, tip in the Golden Onion soup mix with the eggs, milk, oregano and pepper and mix well. Add the cheese to the pan and mix well again
2. In a medium pan, place the butter and melt it. Add the zucchini to the pan and cook zucchini, stirring frequently, 3 minutes or until almost tender.
3. Add the egg mixture to the pan and cook covered on low heat for 20 minutes till set.
