Kiddies Frittata by Chef Sonali

Kiddies Frittata is my version of Italian Frittata. My son Arjun loves it!
Ingredients
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Cheese 1 , grated
  Vegetables 1 Tablespoon, frozen
  Oil 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Heat oil for 1 min. Next add egg. Once it is half cooked add frozen veggies, salt, pepper and then sprinkle cheese. Once cooked from the bottom put it in preheated oven for about 2 mins and KIDDIES FRITTATA is ready to eat
