Cauliflower Frittata

Ingredients
  Eggs 6 , beaten
  Cauliflower 10 Ounce, trimmed, cored, broken into florets boiled until just tender and finely chopped (1, 300 Gram)
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Freshly grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1.In a medium sized omelet pan, heat butter and oil, and cook the cauliflower in it.
2.Add a sprinkling of salt and pepper to it and cook until both butter and oil are completely absorbed.
3.Whisk eggs along with cheese and add salt as per taste.
4.Put the egg mixture on cauliflower and cook until the egg is firm.

SERVING
5.Serve warm.
