|Eggs||6 , beaten|
|Cauliflower||10 Ounce, trimmed, cored, broken into florets boiled until just tender and finely chopped (1, 300 Gram)|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Freshly grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
1.In a medium sized omelet pan, heat butter and oil, and cook the cauliflower in it.
2.Add a sprinkling of salt and pepper to it and cook until both butter and oil are completely absorbed.
3.Whisk eggs along with cheese and add salt as per taste.
4.Put the egg mixture on cauliflower and cook until the egg is firm.
