1) In a bowl mash bananas.
2) In a small bowl beat the egg.
3) Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
4) Mix egg to bananas.
5) In a large bowl mix all together.
6) Add some milk to thicken the mixture.
7) Divide and make into small balls.
8) In a skillet, heat 2 cups melted deep fat and drop the balls until golden brown.
