|Sesame seeds||1 Tablespoon|
Heat the sesame seeds in a pan and grind to pulp with garlic and chilli.
Heat butter or oil in a pan, add spices and gently simmer the thickly sliced, peeled pawpaw until it is tender.
Bananas can be served this way, or a mixture of both cooked together.
Serve on rice or lentils and with salads.
