South American Zucchini
|Bacon slices||2 , diced|
|Minced onion||3 Tablespoon|
|Minced green pepper||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Bottled thick meat sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Granulated sugar||1 Teaspoon|
Prepare, then cook zucchini as in Time Table, Meanwhile saute bacon, onion, and green pepper until bacon is lightly browned.
Add remaining ingredients, and simmer, uncovered, for 10 min.
Drain zucchini thoroughly, and put in hot serving dish.
Pour sauce over it, and serve at once.
