Inca Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients
  Quinoa 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Apple juice/Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Apple 1⁄2 , chopped
  Ground cinnamon 1 Pinch
  Maple syrup 1 Teaspoon
  Skim milk 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Place the quinoa in a fine strainer and rinse well.
Transfer to a large cereal bowl.
Add the apple juice or water.
Microwave on high for 4 minutes.
Top with the apples and a dusting of cinnamon.
Cover the bowl with a small plate and microwave on high for 3 minutes.
Stir in the maple syrup.
Serve hot with the milk.
