Chilean Meat Pie

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium
  Cut up cooked pot roast 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Stuffed olives/Pitted ripe olives 10
  Hard cooked eggs 2
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Cayenne 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Canned condensed bouillon/Consomme 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned cream style corn 17 Ounce (1 Can)
  Eggs 2 , well beaten
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

In food grinder, finely grind onion, meat, olives, hard-cooked eggs.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine meat, oregano, 1/2 teaspoon salt, cayenne, undiluted bouillon.
To corn, add eggs, 1/4 teaspoon salt, pepper.
Line bottom and sides of greased 9" pie plate with meat mixture; top with corn mixture.
Bake 45 minutes.
Increase oven heat to 400°F.; bake 15 minutes.
Remove; cool 10 minutes.
