Smoked Cod And Blue Cheese Frittata

Ingredients
  Single cream 8 Fluid Ounce (250 Milliliter)
  Eggs 6 , lightly beaten
  Blue cheese 2 Ounce, crumbled (60 Grams)
  Red pepper 1 , finely chopped
  Snipped chives 1 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped fresh dill 2 Tablespoon
  Smoked haddock 8 Ounce, skinned and cut into 1/2 inch cubes (250 Grams)
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F/ Gas 4). Combine the eggs, cream and blue cheese in a large bowl; mix until well combined. Stir in the chopped red pepper, chives, dill and smoked haddock. Mix well.
2. Pour the mixture into a greased 23 cm (9in) flan dish. Bake for 30 minutes.
