Smoked Cod And Blue Cheese Frittata
|Single cream||8 Fluid Ounce (250 Milliliter)|
|Eggs||6 , lightly beaten|
|Blue cheese||2 Ounce, crumbled (60 Grams)|
|Red pepper||1 , finely chopped|
|Snipped chives||1 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped fresh dill||2 Tablespoon|
|Smoked haddock||8 Ounce, skinned and cut into 1/2 inch cubes (250 Grams)|
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F/ Gas 4). Combine the eggs, cream and blue cheese in a large bowl; mix until well combined. Stir in the chopped red pepper, chives, dill and smoked haddock. Mix well.
2. Pour the mixture into a greased 23 cm (9in) flan dish. Bake for 30 minutes.
