Parmesan Frittata

Ingredients
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cooked potatoes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), cubed
  Sliced salami 3 1⁄2 Ounce, chopped (100 Gram)
  Red pepper 1 , seeded and chopped
  Eggs 6 , lightly beaten
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cracked black peppercorns 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 4 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Saute onions in olive oil until tender. Add potatoes, salami and pepper, cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool slightly and mix in combined eggs and milk, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
2. Pour mixture into a greased ovenproof dish and bake in moderate oven for 25 minutes.
