Chimichurri is a delicious green sauce made with the choicest of herbs. A wonderful way to bring your garden to your plate. Enjoy a healthy special meal with this excellent easy to make sauce. Drool….
Ingredients
  Cilantro 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Parsley 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Extra virgin olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blending jar add in cilantro, parsley, garlic, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Blend for gew seconds.
2. Drizzle in the olive oil and blend for few more seconds.

SERVING
3. Spread the Chimichurri over the roasted steak and serve.
