My second attempt at making picanha. It turned out much better, it was medium to medium rare, very tasty.
2 1⁄2 Pound (With fat)
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Maine coarse sea salt used)
1)Cut the meat into 6 portions and cover on both the sides with sea salt.
2)Arrange by folding on the skewer and get the grill ready.
3)Place the skewer on the grill and flip the skewer after a few minutes of cooking on the grill. Cook for 30 minutes or till the meat is ready.
4)Cook it rare, medium rare or well done according to the thickness of the meat and your choice.
5)Serve with your choice of sides.
Cooking time may vary depending on the size of the grill and the thickness of the meat.
