Grilling Picanha At Home

I've been seeing billboards all around town for a Brazillian resturant. The grilled meat looked so good but I had no idea what cut it was. Now I have found it. Enjoy Picanha!
Ingredients
  Beef tri-tip 1 Pound
  Kosher salt To Taste
  Crushed black pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY:
1)Rub the meat with the seasonings and hook the meat on the rotisserie skewer.
2)Set up the rotisserie.

MAKING:
2)On an internal temperature of 145 degrees cook the tri- tip for 45 mins.

SERVING:
3)Cut up into portions of your choice and serve with your choice of sides.

TIPS:
Use oak wood chips for added smoky flavor.
Do not cut the fat on the sir loin, this will help keep the meat moist.
