Steak With South American Chimichurri Sauce

  Sirloin steak 1 1⁄2 Pound (Top Sirloin, Spencer Or Rib Eye)
  Chimichurri sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Rotate the steak in the Flat Standard Basket for 18 minutes for rare or 22 minutes for medium.
If not brown enough, position the basket facing the heating coils and turn the pause-to-sear switch to off.
Rotate 2 to 3 minutes more on each side.
