Green Chile And Corn Frittata

  Eggs 6 Large
  Frozen corn kernels 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thawed
  Chopped green chiles 1 Can (10 oz)
  Fat free milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh thyme 2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 3 Dash (Or To Taste)
  Cherry tomatoes 8 , halved
  Scallion 1 , cut into 1-inch pieces

1 Whisk together the eggs, corn, chiles, milk, parsley, thyme, ground pepper, and pepper sauce in a large bowl.
2 Spray a medium nonstick skillet with canola nonstick spray and set over medium heat. Add the egg mixture; top with the tomatoes, cut-side up, and the scallion. Cook covered, until the eggs are set, about 15 minutes. Cut into 4 wedges.
