Simple Ceviche

Ceviche is a simple dish with the scallops, shrimp and crab; tastes fabulous when chilled.
Ingredients
  Scallop 1 Pound, diced
  Shrimp 1 Pound, diced
  Lime 2 , juiced
  Serrano chili 1⁄2 , seeded, thinly sliced
  Salt To Taste
  Garlic 1⁄2 Teaspoon, minced
  Green onion 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Cilantro 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cooked crab meat 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, place the scallops and the shrimps.
2. Pour in the lime juice and stir well, let it sit for half an hour.
3. Add in the salt, garlic, green onion, serrano chili, cilantro and crab meat. Mix well all the ingredients thoroughly. Chill in the refrigerator for an hour.

SERVING
4. Serve Ceviche with tacos.
