Spinach Frittata

Ingredients
  Frozen chopped spinach 20 Ounce, thawed & drained (2 Packages)
  Marinated artichoke hearts 12 Ounce, drained and quartered (2 Jars)
  Eggs 12 , beaten
  Monterey jack cheese 8 Ounce, grated
  Parmesan cheese To Taste
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray.
Combine thawed spinach, artichoke hearts, beaten eggs, and the Monterey Jack cheese.
Pour into prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes or until eggs are set.
