|Potatoes||2 , peeled, cut in quarters and sliced|
|Canned petite diced tomatoes||15 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Crushed red pepper flakes||1 Teaspoon|
In a large frying pan, with a lid, brown the ground beef and chopped onion; season with garlic salt and pepper.
Stir in prepared potatoes, petite diced tomatoes, and crushed red pepper.
Add enough water to cover all ingredients.
Simmer covered for 25-30 minutes, until the potatoes are tender and the water is absorbed.
