Frittata With Artichokes
|Savory herb with garlic soup mix||1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets)|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Diced canned artichoke hearts||1 Cup (16 tbs), drained|
In medium bowl, blend savory herb with garlic soup mix, eggs and milk; set aside.
In omelet pan or 8-inch skillet, melt butter over low heat and cook egg mixture, lifting set edges with spatula and tilting pan to allow uncooked mixture to flow to bottom.
When bottom is set, top with artichokes.
Reduce heat to low and simmer covered 3 minutes or until eggs are set.
