Ingredients
  Condensed beef broth 10 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 2 Can (20 oz)
  Chopped salted peanuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded coconut 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Bay leaf 1
  Hot pepper sauce 1 Dash
  Shrimp 1 Pound, shelled, deveined and cut up
Directions

In large saucepan, combine all ingredients except shrimp.
Cover; bring to boil.
Add shrimp; cook over low heat 5 minutes or until tender.
Stir occasionally.
Remove, bay leaf before serving.
