|Chopped salted peanuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded coconut||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|

|Shrimp||1 Pound, shelled, deveined and cut up|
In large saucepan, combine all ingredients except shrimp.
Cover; bring to boil.
