Ham & Cheddar Frittata

Ham & Cheddar Frittata is a delicious meat and cheese omelet from the Italian Cuisine. Broccoli greatly complements the taste of this cheesy Frittata. The pepper seasoning is simply irresistible. Try this Ham & Cheddar Frittata and let me know if you like it.
  Eggs 3
  Egg whites 3
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Frozen broccoli florets 4 Ounce (Thawed)
  Smoked ham 6 Ounce, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  Drained bottled roasted red bell peppers 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), cut into thin strips
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)

Preheat broiler.
Beat eggs, egg whites, salt and pepper in large bowl until blended.
Stir in broccoli, ham and pepper strips.
Melt butter over medium heat in 10-inch ovenproof skillet with sloping side.
Pour egg mixture into skillet; cover.
Cook 5 to 6 minutes or until eggs are set around edge.
Uncover; sprinkle cheese over frittata.
Transfer skillet to broiler; broil, 5 inches from heat source, 2 minutes or until eggs are set in center and cheese is melted.
Let stand 5 minutes; cut into wedges.
