Asian Picadillo

Picadillo is a traditional dish in many Latin American countries and Philippines.
Ingredients
  Chopped garlic 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Frozen vegetables 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oyster sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Saute garlic and onions.

Add ground beef and cook until brown.

Add salt and pepper.

When ground beef is cooked, add frozen veggies – then add oyster sauce. That’s it!

You can cook this is advance and freeze it when it has cooled.

We like making fried rice or pizza with this recipe. The possibilities are endless.

I love using a chopper to chop my garlic and onions and to make it so much easier for me.

Hey, this picadillo recipe is such an easy to prepare meal. It can be cooked with in minutes. The only issue is I don't like beef, so can I substitute it with chicken or lamb ??
