|Eggs||2 , separated|
|Garlic powder||1 Dash|
|Minced herbs/1 teaspoon dried herbs||1 Tablespoon (Fresh, Chives, Parsley Or Rosemary)|
|Chopped chives||1⁄4 Teaspoon (Fresh, For Garnish)|
Combine beans with beaten egg yolks.
Add seasonings and minced herbs except the chives for garnish.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold, 1/3 at a time, into vegetable mixture.
Pour batter into a heated heavy iron skillet (be sure the handle is neither flammable nor meltable) and bake at 350Â° F. for 20 minutes.
Cut in wedges and serve from skillet with a sprinkling of fresh chives.
