Picadillo is an irresistible delicious non-vegetarian recipe. Try this Picadillo; I bet you will have a huge fan following among your friends and relatives.
Ingredients
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , chopped
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Beef 1 1⁄2 Pound, chopped
  Canned tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Undrained)
  Raisins 1 Tablespoon
  Capers 1 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Hard cooked egg white 1 , chopped
  Cooked rice 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Bananas 4 , sauteed
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Saute the onion and green pepper in the oil until brown. Add the beef, tomatoes, raisins, capers, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, until the mixture is almost dry.
2. Add the egg white and arrange the mixture on a warm platter with the rice. Garnish with the bananas.
