This Frittata Primavera is an irresistible side dish recipe. Enjoy this mouth-watering Frittata Primavera with your loved ones in the coming weekend party!
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Red bell pepper/Green bell pepper 1 Medium, cut into strips
  Potato 1 Medium, peeled and grated
  Coarsely chopped broccoli 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dried oregano leaves 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Ground black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon (Fleischmann's)
  99% real egg product 8 Ounce (Egg Beaters Brand)

In 10-inch nonstick skillet or omelet pan, cook and stir onion, bell pepper, potato, broccoli, oregano and black pepper in margarine until vegetables are tender-crisp.
In small bowl, with electric mixer at high speed, beat Egg Beaters® for 2 minutes until light and fluffy; pour over vegetables.
Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes until eggs are set.
