In 10-inch nonstick skillet or omelet pan, cook and stir onion, bell pepper, potato, broccoli, oregano and black pepper in margarine until vegetables are tender-crisp.
In small bowl, with electric mixer at high speed, beat Egg Beaters® for 2 minutes until light and fluffy; pour over vegetables.
Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes until eggs are set.
