Broccoli Cheese Frittata

  Eggs 3
  Milk 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Red pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Frozen chopped broccoli 10 Ounce, thawed and well drained (1 Package)
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Garlic clove 1 Small, crushed
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Shredded swiss cheese/Cheddar cheese 6 Ounce (1 1/2 Cup)

Combine eggs, milk, salt, and pepper; beat well, and set aside.
Saute broccoli, onion, and garlic in oil in a 9 inch nonstick skillet until tender.
Remove from heat; stir in egg mixture.
Sprinkle with cheese; cover and cook over low heat about 10 minutes or until egg is set and cheese melts.
Cut into wedges
