Brazil Nut Mushroom Stuffing

|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mushrooms||1⁄2 Pound, finely chopped|
|Diced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Brazil nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Prepared stuffing mix||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
1. Melt the butter in a skillet, add the mushrooms, celery, Brazil nuts and onion. Sprinkle with salt and cook about ten minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Add the stuffing mix and parsley and toss to combine.
