Brazil Nut Mushroom Stuffing

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, finely chopped
  Diced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brazil nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Prepared stuffing mix 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Melt the butter in a skillet, add the mushrooms, celery, Brazil nuts and onion. Sprinkle with salt and cook about ten minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Add the stuffing mix and parsley and toss to combine.
