|Ripe bananas||6 Medium, peeled|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Firmly packed dark brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Shredded coconut||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
Place butter in a shallow, oblong, heat resistant, non-metallic baking dish.
Heat, uncovered, on full power 30 seconds or until butter is melted.
Roll bananas in butter to coat well.
Sprinkle bananas with lemon juice.
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon and allspice.
Sprinkle over bananas.
Heat, uncovered, on full power 2 to 3 minutes.
Sprinkle with coconut and heat on full power an additional 1 to 2 minutes, or until bananas are soft.
