Pepper Pot Soup is a hearty cold winter soup recipe mainly made with cubed steak, beans, and spaghetti. A variation to the pepper pot soup is made by adding tripe, offal, dark green leafy vegetables, scallions, and scotch bonnet. Philadelphia pepper pot soup and Creole pepper pot soup (callaloo) are the two variations of the soup which are heavily spiced with ham seasoning.
