This chili potato soup is a herbed vegetable soup made with potatoes as the key ingredient. Cooked in a milk and water base, the chili potato soup has added veggies in it and is herbed with oregano and spiced with garlic. Served as an accompaniment, the chili potato soup is really savory.

  Onion 1 , chopped
  Potatoes 3 , diced and cooked
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs), boiling
  Skim milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Tomato sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Kidney beans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Combine all ingredients and cook until tender.
