Ingredients
  Dried peas 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), thinly sliced
  Carrot 1 , thinly sliced
  Onion 1 Small, diced
  Vegetable bouillon cubes 2
  Salt pork 1⁄4 Pound, scored
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Place peas in casserole and fill to the brim with water.
Soak overnight.
Rinse.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Insert probe into liquid.
Cook on high (9); heat & hold at 190°F for 4 hours, or until peas are tender and flavors combined.
Remove salt pork before serving.
