Solianka is a delightful and tasty soup that will add an exotic element to your dinner spread. Trust me the Solianka is the best way to start your dinner party. No other soup can put your guests in a better mood.
  Whole fish 1 Pound (About 1 Piece)
  Soup greens 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium, peeled and thinly sliced
  Cucumber 1 Medium, pared and coarsely chopped with seeds discarded
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, peeled and cut into pieces
  White pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Drained canned shrimp/Lobster 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Drained canned mussels 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Gherkin 1 , thinly sliced
  Pitted ripe olives 5 , sliced
  Capers 1 Teaspoon
  Thin lemon slices 2 , halved
  Fresh dill 1 Tablespoon

Prepare fish fillets, cut in pieces, and refrigerate.
To prepare fish broth, put fish head, bones, and fins and soup greens into an electric cooker; add salt and boiling water.
Cover and cook on High 4 hours.
Heat butter in a skillet.
Add onion and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally; do not brown.
Strain broth and return to cooker.
Add onion, cucumber, tomato, salt, and pepper to broth; stir.
Cover and cook on High 30 minutes.
Add reserved fish, shrimp, mussels, gherkin, ripe olives, capers, lemon slices, and dill to cooker; mix.
Cover and cook on High 30 minutes.
