Clam Soup Japanese-Style

Ingredients
  Clams 16 Small
  Boiling water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Rice wine/Sherry 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon slices 4 (For Garnish)
Directions

Thoroughly wash clams.
Put into boiling water; boil until shells crack.
Add salt, wine, and soy sauce.
Garnish with lemon slices
