Beef-Noodle Soup

Ingredients
  Beef short ribs 1 1⁄4 Pound
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Beef bouillon cubes 2
  Chopped celery with leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Noodles 4 Ounce, uncooked
Directions

Combine beef, salt, and water in large pan; simmer, covered, about 2 hours, until meat is tender.
Skim off excess fat; remove bones.
Separate meat into small pieces.
Add bouillon and celery; cover.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Stir in noodles; cover.
Simmer 7 to 10 minutes, until noodles and celery are tender.
Add a little hot water if thinner soup is desired.
