Onion Soup Seasoned With Worcestershire Sauce
|Beef broth||3 Cup (48 tbs), dissolve 4 beef bouillon cubes in 3 cups boiling water|
|Onions||3 Medium, quartered and thinly sliced|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Prepare beef broth in a saucepan.
Add the onions and Worcestershire sauce.
Cover and simmer until onions are tender.
If desired, top each serving with 1 tablespoon shredded Parmesan or sharp Cheddar cheese.
